I have tried several times to add a ancestor on my tree and it says I do not have permission. What kind of permission I do not know what they are talking about?

Robert,

To add additional people to your Tree just click the yellow arrows on the nodes:

Top arrows add Father or Mother
Side arrows add Sister, Brother, Wife, or Husband
Bottom arrows add Son or Daughter

You may also add someone to your ‘Immediate Family’. To do so, select “Add Immediate Family” from the ‘more’ menu to add that person’s entire immediate family to your tree at one time. You can add multiple parents, siblings, spouses, and children along with details of each person from one simple step.

As you add them to the Tree make sure you add their email address and invite them so they can join the Tree.

Monica - you have addressed Robert Lewson's question of Nov 21  in what is now marked as "Answer"  - but in no way addressed the original question, which is now marked as a result as "Answered" when it has not been answered at all!!

You may go here to grab the link to share your tree. Please keep in mind that this is a limited read-only view of your tree to share with family and friends outside of Geni and you may only go back up to 5 generations.
