September 17: Search enhancement for basic users, photo fixes

Enhancements:
- Basic users may now access profiles they are collaborating on from the Search results
- Added the ability to view photos from the profile photo dropdown
Fixes:
- Fixed a bug that was removing a user's own profile photo when removing a profile photo from another profile
- Fixed a bug that was causing the profile photo to revert back to the last profile photo when trying to change the picture
- Fixed the location dropdown when adding a new document
- Fixed the location dropdown in Events
- Fixed broken search result pages after page 50
- Fixed a bug putting photos in the wrong album

However, the location lookup when adding a profile from the "Tree View" is still using the old Google API, not the one used everywhere else (at least, it fills in the detail fields very differently).
