Your Blood Relatives include those with whom you are related to by bloodline
Your Family Tree are those included within your Family Group
The number of people showing up in your tree are those included in your Blood Relatives stat + your spouse and the spouses of those related to you by blood (i.e. your cousin's non-blood-related parent)
