How do I update the email address on my Geni account, if I no longer have access to that email address?

If you no longer have access to the email address used on your Geni account and you are unable to recall your login information, you will be required to send an inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with this.
Geni will then be able to remove your email address from your profile, where you will then be able to ask a relative in your tree to re-invite you back to your tree using your current email address.
*Note: If you were the only claimed/active Geni user in that tree and there is no one who can re-invite you, you will need to start over at Geni.com using your current email address.
