To remove an email address from a profile:
1. Click "Edit Profile" on the profile
2. Click "delete" next to the email address you wish to remove
If you don't see an edit link on the profile, you don't have permission to edit the profile. You can contact the profile manager to request that they remove the email address.

I've recently added a bunch of relatives and their email addresses. They have requested to be removed from geni and I am managing their profiles, but I am not able to delete their email addresses from the tree.
Can you please advise on how to do this?

I'm in the same situation : I'm anable to delate an e-mail, nevertheless I manage this ptofile.
I am able to add an additional email address but unable to delete the original email address that was inserted when the person was added to the tree...I manage the profile but the person themselves can't even delete the original email. I have reported this as a bug.
The solution that Noah has given above doesn't work in my case. I created the profiles of all my family members and still I can't take their e-mails OFF. Pleae HELP. Some family members don't want to receive frequent e-mails from Geni.
Please note once someone has claimed their profile with their email address, only the profile owner may edit their account. Therefore, that claimed user may contact us directly for assistance.
