How to: Check the status of your help ticket

One of the benefits of being a Premium user is having Premium Support. Have you submitted a help ticket and would like to check the status of it?

Here's how:

1. Click on your name in the upper right corner for the drop down menu and click on 'Help'. 



2. Click on your name in the Help Center then click on 'My activities' to view the status of your ticket.
