i've got no text on my tree anywhere, not even numbers in the little green bubbles. i've tried everything i can find in the help section, can someone help please

Mark Richard Shackleford Hi, zoom level dosent matter, it dosent show anything in the boxes or the bubbles, what ever level its on .....

Mark Richard Shackleford also, the zoom dosent appear to work ... the slider moves, but nothing changes on the screen.

Mark Richard Shackleford Has worked fine up untill the other day, am using firefox on win 11..... (update) just tried Microsoft Edge and its fine, even the zoom is working properly. Must be the last firefox update.... so i need to have a chat with them, yes?

Job Waterreus You could try to see if removing cookies will help (you will have to login again if you try that): https://www.geni.com/clear_cookies
It you use any Add-ons you could try to disable those to see if any of those could be the problem (or first use incognito mode to see if that helps)

Mark Richard Shackleford the cookies link didnt make any difference .... and i havent got any add-ons that would effect the graphics, that i didnt have before

Mark Richard Shackleford just tried 'new private window' and everything worked. So its obviously the firefox update yes?

Job Waterreus It could be, but it seems more likely it is an add-in (most likely an add-blocker).

Mark Richard Shackleford suddenly remembered i'd had trouble with that on another site ..... nicely done, yes, it was that, i turned it off and it worked ... strange that it hadn't effected it before, but no worries, its working now ..... thank you so much for your help, Job .... you should be mentioned in dispatches ... lol
