I am quite pissed at the moment! I paid $198 for a DNA test for my father, Kenneth Lancelot Ransome, in February. I returned his DNA sample end of February 2017 and as today May1st 2017. We have heard nothing from Geni/MyHeritage. What's up with that?

I want no excuses. All I want is a solution to our concern.

  Kenneth, you'll want to contact MyHeritage support.  Geni is not involved in the testing.  Here is their DNA support site: http://helpcenter.myheritage.com/DNA/DNA-tests/
