I have been charged $1 for the premium trial but the trial is not activated.

As my title says, I have been charged the $1 for a Geni Premium 14 day trial, but the trial is not activated and my account is still basic. There is no way for me to contact anyone about this as I would need a premium account to do so. Please help

  See How do I contact Geni about my subscription? (you can do that as a basic user)

  Hi Zahirra, our records show you have not signed up for a Pro subscription. Is it possible you upgraded a different account?
