Cannot see bottom of message box to close.

I can see the message box which has tabs Basic and Relationships but am not able to close due to the fact that the box itself is not able to be moved to a high enough place to see the closed or exit tab( if there is one, haven't seen it to know)  Would really like to be able to do this.

  Not sure at which page you are  looking.

  You could try to decrease your zoom level.

  Hi Margaret, are you referring to the edit pop up on the tree page? Can you please clarify what type of device you are using and what browser/version?

  Yes, on the tree page.  I am using Chrome, Windows 10 on laptop with 15" screen.  My zoom level is 100 otherwise, I couldn't read/see what I'm looking at. Tried to get a screen shot but not successfully. :-(

  It may help if you give a link to an example profile with the problem.

  As a work-around till Geni can fix this: Could you not fill in the form and then decrease the zoomlevel so you can access the buttons?
