The merge duplicates feature is not working. It goes to a blank screen.

After I choose to merge duplicates it goes to a blank screen.

  The same problem accured today. I've been trying to connect a son with his mother's profile. I managed to creat "a box" for the son, then I slided it on the top of his mother's box in the family tree view. I can choose the family connection (Elias is Anna's son), but after that nothing happens. The screen is blank and the new tree does not open. If I look at the news feed, the problem does not seem to concern all users. Plenty of merges today.

  Me too it's still not working and it's both HTML and Flash.

  Happen to me too. Anytime I am trying to use "Resolve Duplicates" option.

  This is a coding error - it is not resolved by changing from flash to HTML or using an alternative browser. Additionally this is a not a "pop-up" blocking error.
