I have activated Partner Application in myFTDNA to transfer my Y-DNA and mtDNA from myFTDNA to Geni according to the desctiption but my Y-DNA and mtDNA are not transferred to Geni. Are there any alse needed to do?

Hi Tom, there is currently an issue with FTDNA sending the information to us. We are in communication with the FTDNA team and they are currently working on a fix. We hope they will have it released soon. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.

Same - following. Account no longer shows FTDNA as able to interact. Once I disconnected in order to reconnect and update, there is no apparent connection.
Very long lasting problem, FTDNA answered my bug report that their engineers are still solving problem, must be very hard problem to fix, its now been broken around 47 days.

FTDNA is still working on the issue. We don't have an ETA, but it is a priority to get fixed.
Apparently, the problem is still not fixed. I tried today with no success.
I suggest everyone mails to FTDNA support also, this is unbelievable, system has been down now over 2 months (62 days) . There are maybe hundreds or thousands people waiting this to be fixed.
Bugs me seeing like 60+ days?
FTDNA needs realize theres issues of implied/express warrantys,
they are VIOLATING by offering dna tests and advertising that you can link DNA to other places, maybe FTDNA wants a class action suit vs them by all who have paid for their tests and cannot transfer to like GENI as advertised and WARRANTED
This issue is really grinding my gears.
I may decide to go back to free GENI, not renewing PRO, and also considering dropping My Heritage Extras simply because it should be a simple thing for the DNA results be ported into GENI's DNA area
Why Pay the extra $$$ if one cannot add in their DNA results into GENI, I was able to into My Heritage, BOTH owned by SAME company, But cant even port from My Heritage to GENI
The only GENI options been FTDNA
Thats why probably keep paying for Ancestry but not renewing Pro in 2022 since GENI isnt as usable as it could be

I know Geni DNA features free, however the point is cant even use it
and it reduces the value of spending $$ on PRO when other services like Ancestry, and others you can use DNA results in them,
Its a question of spending the $$ on a service that enables Using DNA vis a vis one that doesnt and until the problem is fixed you CANT use the Geni DNA feature to its fullest.
Strange that I could upload DNA results to My Heritage but not to GENI yet Both are owned by Same company
You dont even have a way to import DNA results in ones My Heritage to GENI yet they both work together in Searchs on data
