Dear Community,
a person named T. Valarani has allowed himself to repeatedly enter incorrect information and dates about my ancestors, belonging to the Ronchey family. I have written to this gentleman twice, but he refuses to answer me. Is there any possibility of having these fanciful entries canceled by Geni's customer service?

I painstakingly located information and installed on family tree correctly and someone has merged WRONG family line onto my family tree and I can't get it back to where it was correct from all my reasearch!
Hi Costanza, if there is incorrect information in the tree, then you should be be to correct it yourself. If you find that someone is repeatedly adding incorrect information to the tree after the information is corrected and without backing it up with sources, then you may want to reach out to a volunteer curator to help mediate the situation.
