Can't access the system - I paid for free trial and the system keep me back to pay again!!!!!
Hi Isabel, our records show that you closed your account. For the reason you wrote, "I want to cancel my free trial since you do not have an email to help anyone - with your systems errors - PLEASE CANCEL MY FREE TRIAL!."
For clarification, the account you had closed under this email address was not signed up for a free trial of Pro. You only had a free basic account.
