if you do not see the option to add a date of death, then it is likely that your relative has claimed their account with their email address. Please report the profile as 'Deceased' via the Actions button on the profile. Once our customer service team reviews the report, we will be able to assist with unclaiming the account so that you may update it to reflect their passing.
