  Hi Amanda, you are unable to edit David's profile because he has claimed his account with his email address. If he would like relatives to make changes to his profile, then he will need to log into his account and update his privacy settings to allow relatives to edit his profile https://www.geni.com/account_settings/profile_privacy .

  Please also be aware that only public profiles can be added to a project.
