during the last 20 years I built my family tree incorporating ascendant and descendant branches of my tree and multiple family members, however Geni not only do not allow to access any more the account with multiples web managed errors that only are focused to force to create a new account and pay subscription. I sent and email two weeks ago to subsriptions@geni.com, however they never answered it.

Geni Support Team Hi Javier, we're sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing your account. After emailing us at subscriptions@geni.com, you should have received an email confirming that we received your email with a ticket number. Can you please let us know the ticket number?
