Hello, I'd like to inquire about the refund status for the $1 charge made to verify my card on February 19th. When can I expect this refund to be processed? It’s almost one month later, I have to pay the credit card bill today.

  Hi Paloma, this was a standard credit card authorization. In order to verify that a credit card entered is valid, a $1.00 USD authorization is sent to the credit card issuer. If it's approved, then the card is validated. The $1.00 USD authorization is voided the same day. It typically disappears from your credit card account within a few days, but the timeframe depends on your credit card company. We can see that it was voided on our end. If you are still seeing it in your statement, you may want to contact your credit card company.
