I cannot add birth or death dates to members of my tree, it says it saved but when I go to check the dates aren't there and when I check to see if they were input they are not there.
Please help!

Jerry Dean Beach I have the same problem. My brother died two years ago and today I still got his birthday announcement and asked if I wanted to send a card. Mine also says it is saved but not on the profile page.

Geni Support Team Jerry, we're sorry to hear about your brother's passing. Since he claimed his account, you will need to report his profile as Deceased via the Actions button. Our customer service team will review the report and unclaim his account so that you may edit his profile.
