I have done all I can do (looked at the profiles and made my suggestions/choices) but the entries are still there in the Merge Center. Seems unneccesary to need to remember which ones are already initiated. The risk is that others see you as overly eager (=annoying) if you by chance fire off the same request (from the Merge Center) more than once on the same data confiict. It is too cumbersome to check the sent requests (Inbox).

Richard John Sparkman Surely if you are collaborating it should be on a "trust" basis so that only one party, upon an advice to the other, can sort out the data conflicts. This is especially true if it is as a result of "finger problems" on your part.
Having to wait for your counterpart is time consuming and suspends any possibility of progressing until it has been done.
I agree with Oddbjorn Olsen's observations on 2/2/2011

Pam Wilson, Curator Oddbjørn and Richard, it is necessary to have patience and to remember that many Geni users only check in infrequently, so you may need to wait a few weeks for those data conflict requests to be resolved. If they are still not attended after a month or so, second request would be polite, and after that, if it is a public profile in question, you might ask a curator to resolve it for you.
