Problem: If I, after solving a conflict, when i get the updated profile up on screen, and it contains "Duplicates" and if i try to merge or request merges on these, i keep returning to these profiles (in compare mode), the next several times i resolve a data conflict, and i don't get the profile i updated up on the screen.

Betty L. (nee) Weissrock Adams My relative wanted to manage her branch and now we have her "stuck" in a box and I can help her and she is not sure what to do as well. She tried to edit her name, but only has her first name on the block. Is it possible to give the management of the entire tree back to me - I just allowed her to manage today (2-4-11). I have worked too hard on this to have it messed up. Please respond to this problem ASAP.

Terry Jackson (Switzer) Management is shared so you should still be able to edit the tree. If she has claimed her own profile then you won't be able to edit that but the rest of the tree is still your tree too. Any profiles she manages that you are not listed on you can request management of by going to the right hand side of the screen and under 'More Actions' there should be a 'request management' link.
