How do you designate a child as a step child?

My wife had 2 children before we were married.

  Add the father of the two children as being an ex-partner or ex-husband to your wife.  Then add the 2 children under the father, which should connect the mother as your wife.

  Hi,

  My uncel and his ex-partner are added as ex'es, but children added to only my uncle appears as children of them both...??

  If the mother of the children is not there, add her.  Then edit the children's profiles.  Go to the relationship tab and select the parent pull down menu.  Select the proper parents.
