I am unable to sign in with my name and password.

I have tried seven times and can not  sign in.  This is nuts.

  What good is the site if you cannot sign in???

  What does it tell you? Username or password invalid? Check. Caps lock and num lock. If that doesn't help, then click the link "forgot my password", which will both verify the account name (email address) and send you the password.

  To reset your password, please try the following:

  1. Click the "Don't know your password?" link from the login page
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Geni account and click 'Submit'
  3. We'll send you a link you can use to set a new password (and email address, if applicable)
