My 10th, 11th, and 12th great-grandparents in a branch of my tree are private from me. Why is that? I can't see the manager to contact or anything...

Marsha Gail Veazey (Kamish) I'm a curator and I can't make private profiles public - only if the reason they're private is if they're zombies. Why is that? A person has been dead for centuries should automatically be listed as public. In fact, I thought this was the case. I've asked for help but apparently someone who is a curator and a lifetime member and who spends every free hour working on this site is not worth even a 'we'll get back to you soon' message. Excuse the bitterness - slips out every so often.
