I need to contact someone who can help me clear up 2 problems. There is no "Contact Us" like most web sights have. I need someone to contact me!

  Well, you obviously found the Help pages, - take a closer look on them.

  It also depends on what kind of help you need.

  There are millions of users and 80 curators plus some staff that can help you if you raise a question in the discussions.

  I joined Geni as it was free, and invited my family and friends to do the same. I cannot afford the fee, so have effectively wasted a lot of time building up this tree. How can I get all my saved information out?

  When I came upon this site I had put in a relative and my email address. I didn't understand that I was starting my tree (looking back it was obvious but I got your site from a referral who said you were great on familytrees). Now you respond to me as Frederick Oliver and that is not my name associated with my email...how do you change that?

  I am trying to contact anyone who has information about a Raoul de Lempriere who I think lived in Hamburge lat 1700's early 1800's he was the father of Thomas H. Lempriere and grandfather of Harriet Allen Lempriere who was married at St. David's Cathedral in Hobart Tasmania, Australia on 30 Mar 1826   She married Charles Abbott who was born in U.K. in 1800   Charles died 24 May 1856 and Harriet died 13 Feb 1836 in New Town, Tasmania   Any help would be appreciated
