I collaborate with Rafi Kornfeld. When I search for a name (e.g. Karpeles), and find a public one that he manages (e.g. "A. Karpeles"), it has the two little green arrows for "collaborate", and I can see the pop-up box; but when I call up the profile I only get the subscriptions options page and no profile! When I go to the Blog page and go to the directory from there, I can call up A. Karpeles and get his profile straight away. But that is really very inconvenient!!! Please can you fix this one asap?
