I have entered 4 people, my mother, father and brother.
I now find myself with a nonexistent husband, brothers, sisters and children. HELP!!! How do I remove them??

Karen Bennett Most sites have an unsubcribe email. Do you? Please remove me from your system entirely. I entered my father and mother and self. I want to be erased from your system entirely. Why cannot I remove my info? I do not want free or trial or anything more to do with your web site, there is too much chance for error.

Natalie MacLees Reet - thanks for letting us know about the non-existent family members that appeared in your tree. This is because of a bug that we just found in our software and we're looking into a fix for it. In the meantime, if you look at your tree, you can click the small 'X' in the top right hand corner of each person to remove them again. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Karen - you can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails or visit http://www.geni.com/account_settings/notifications to select which email notifications you'd like to unsubscribe from, or you can select the box at the bottom to unsubscribe from all Geni emails.
