I added my daughter several years ago and now she has a new e-mail address. I manage her account and cannot find a way to change her e-mail address. It looks like the only way it can be changed is by my daughter logging in and changing it herself. Trouble with that is she has never logged in and has no password. When she puts in her OLD e-mail address and checks forgot password it will only send the password change instruction to the OLD e-mail address.
This is certainly a problem with GENI and should be fixed. How is my daughter or I suppose to change her e-mail address ?
