Hi, you have connected your Facebook account to the profile, which is where the photo comes from. Please see our FAQ on how to disconnect your Facebook account https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229705247-How-can-I-disconnect-my-Facebook-account-from-my-Geni-account
After disconnecting the account, please make sure you are using the correct email address to log back into your account.
Hi again!
I do not know how my Mtdna have been changed to U3a1c. I need help for change it to H3h5.
Kind regards
Per Vajstedt
If you have linked the wrong DNA results, then the easiest way to fix this is to delete the linked DNA and then re-link it to the correct profile. It's best to log out of Family Tree DNA before re-linking, to ensure that you will link the correct kit.
Please see our FAQs for more information:
How do I delete the DNA results linked from Family Tree DNA?
I have not linked the wrong DNA result. It is correct in Family Tree DNA. How can it be wrong in Geni? You must help me to change it.
We receive the mtDNA information from FTDNA. If the wrong mtDNA haplogroup is showing, then the wrong FTDNA kit was linked to the Geni profile. The best way to correct this is to delete the linked DNA and then re-link the kit to the correct profile.
Per Vajstedts mtDNa in FTDNA is still H3h5 since about 2015.
Eva Vajstedts mtDNA in FTDNA is still U3a1c since about 2015.
How can it be changed in GENI? Why change our mtDNA in FTDNA when it is correct. We think that GENI must do it.

Hi, we receive the mtDNA haplogroup information from FTDNA. The best way to resolve this is to un-link your results from the account and then re-link it so that we can re-import the correct results to the profile.
