Deleting account not working

Please please I do not want to have this account. Please enable the close/delete button on the close account page.

  I having the same issue, can not close the account.  I have chosen a reason, typed a message AND checked the I am not a Robt and the Close Account button is not enabled....

  As most sites with a login: You find your accounts setttings where you can close your account by clicking your own name at the top.

  The close account button will be enabled when you have selected reason to close, what to do with  the profiles and the "I am not a Robot" captcha is check-marked.

  The situation is more serious then we did think. We will discus the situation and come back.

  Hi I am having the same issue. I do not want to pay for this service and want to close my account. It will not let me do it. 

   

  Is this a fraudulent website? This is a very serious issue

  I have write to de support team. Here the answer from Geni Support Team, Nov 12, 4:25 PM PST:

  In regards, to the closing of the account there does seem to be a bug with the 'Close Account' button. I apologize for any inconvenience, the issue has been forwarded to our engineers to investigate further for a fix.
