I tried to import a tree from my heritage and now it is a mess. I have extra parents, brothers and sisters in my tree now who are actually other relatives. I cannot remove them as well. Could you please remove everything I have done with this import.

You can undo the import in your GEDCOM dashboard https://www.geni.com/gedcom . Simply click 'undo' next to the branch. See our FAQ: Can I undo a GEDCOM import?
Note if you already have a tree on Geni, you should not be importing a new GEDCOM file. It will create many duplicates that you will need clean up and merge. The GEDCOM importer should only be used to import a branch that does not yet exist on Geni.
