Tried to follow the instructions on how to report a profile as "deceased":

but this does not work: trying to select "report" I only get a message "this profile has already been reported". However, still continue to receive birthday notifications.

Hi Saara, we apologize for the delay. You should now be able to update your relative's profile to reflect their passing.
Once a profile has been reported as "Deceased," family members will no longer receive birthday or anniversary notifications for the person. It's possible the birthday reminder was queued to send before the profile was reported.
