i don’t want gems pro, but pop up will not let me access. Do I need to resign my membership and start over?

  Hi Mike, it sounds like you may be trying to access paid features on Geni. As a reminder, a basic account on Geni is free. With a basic account, you may add unlimited people to the tree, collaborate with others, and take advantage of our DNA features in partnership with Family Tree DNA. A Pro subscription is optional and gives you access to additional features on Geni, such as Tree Matches (matching profiles on Geni), full access to our search engine, and priority support.
