Hello.well for me it is a very hard time having to report deceased people and geni just reguse to let me have the possibility to put infos such as dates where etc...i am the only one to manage those people so i am sure it is a bug ..took me a looonnngggg time to get to here ..thanks for helping me out!!!..

Geni Support Team Hi, if you relative claimed their account with their email address, then you will need to report his profile as Deceased via the Actions button on the profile. Once we receive the report, our customer service team can assist with unclaiming the account, so that you and your family can update the profile.
