Phillip Anthony Zachariah Am trying to transfer a relative's DNA from FTDNA to her Geni profile. First, the info page is inaccurate. There is no link: 'transfer your DNA results' in the DNA tab.
It can be found in the linked FAQ page, except that it's NOT a link; that is, the link does not work. It doesn't take me anywhere, let alone FTDNA. -

Geni Support Team Phillip, we use FTDNA's API to transfer the DNA data to Geni. We are in communication with the FTDNA team and have been told that it is a technical problem on their end. Currently, we do not have an ETA on when FTDNA will have the issue fixed.
