My friend is extremely frustrated right now because he can't log into his account because he forgot his password and he's tried to request a reset password request multiple times but he's gotten no emails, literally none. Neither he nor I have been able to submit a ticket because we don't have a paid membership. He spent ages on that family tree, can anyone please help?
