My mother is deceased. I cannot add (edit) her date of death even though I added her in the first place. It is very upsetting to get reminders to send birthday greetings to for someone who has died.
How do I solve this?

Hi Susan, we're sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. If you are unable to edit her profile, then it is likely that she had claimed her account with her email address. You may report her profile as Deceased via the Actions button on her profile page. Once you submit the report, all birthday and anniversary notifications will stop. Our customer service team will also be able to assist with unclaiming your mother's account so that you may update it to reflect her passing.
