Please tell me how I can pay my $71.64 to upgrade from Basic to Pro
membership as offered to me via email.
I tried several times on 2.1.2022 but just kept getting error messages.
In response to your latest gesture of extending the offer for another week, I have now tried twice again and the same result.
Each time Geni response is: "Unable to add credit card due to the following: Too many credit cards"
What exactly does that mean? I received that message after presenting the first card today!
I have not changed my address since I first signed up on 14.01.2019 but I have changed my Credit Card.
Is it my UK post code that is causing the difficulty?
Please advise as soon as convenient
