Adding my husband's family tree to my tree

Can I import my husband's family tree and attach it to my family tree? Should I do this? Looking for recommendation of how to do this.

  Importing the whole tree of your husband will probably create very many duplicates that need to be merged and lead to many conflicts to be resolved. That is possible but can take many months to several years (depending on the size of the tree and the number of profiles in it that are already on Geni)

  Maybe it would be easier to use SmartCopy (see https://www.geni.com/projects/SmartCopy/18783) to copy only those families that are not already in Geni.  Please read https://www.geni.com/projects/Connecting-to-the-Big-Tree/17983
