Greetings. I have an issue with my mother’s profile being set to private by the person who added her to my tree. The issue is that my mother hasn’t joined Geni and I’d like to add info on her and her own extended family, however, the person who added her is VERY ‘disagreeable’ and not in touch with anyone in my immediately family and I feel he’s done this just to make life difficult. How do I go about changing this profile and inviting my mother to join so she herself can be in charge of her own profile? Thanks,

  Hi Samantha, we've added you as a manager on your parents profiles. You should now be able to invite your mother to join and claim her account.
