HELP! Please!

I have had a tree here since 1990 something. That tree is now totally incorrect according to my 2 recent DNA tests. Its too large for me to delete person by person and I can't close this account, that I am aware, because its tied into my DNA accounts. How do I fix this so I can upload my corrected GED Com?
