Today, when I logged into my My Heritage site which has a subscription (updated and paid May 31, 2022), and then my GENI matches, GENI showed exactly TWO (2) only! What happened to all of my matches?! I can usually find them under "RESEARCH." I had over 999 on there yesterday! Is there a problem?

Paulette Switzer-Tatum No, sorry, I don't have a screenshot. Don't you believe me? The other day it showed two (2) matches on the left side of the page, for "any matches." Shows 999+ on the right, for "smart matches." Today there are sixty-two (62) under "any matches." Of course, you all see the previous 999+ total under "any matches" because you are the company. I would like to see my 999+ "smart matches again please, that go with my My Heritage paid-in-full account. Thank you.

Are you still experiencing this issue? This is what is currently showing in your Merge Center: Any Matches (999+), Tree Matches (62), Record Matches (26), Smart Matches (999+).
