Geni is very slow...

Why is Geni constantly so slow?
Trying to build up the tree, but it's impossible.
Very slow response and also "502 Bad Gateway", now and then.
Even I've 50Mbs connection.
This has been known problem for years now, but Geni-team doesn't do nothing to fix this issue.
Only response is that "performance issues are now under control".
They are not.
Please, make your service available for users.
