Unwanted private information, how to delete profiles ?

1. It seems some of my family members have been added by me over 10 years ago (probably on another site you bought). Even if I have edit rights on their profiles, I don't see how I can remove the people I added ?

2. Someone from my family keeps adding private information about some family members that they don't wish to be online. How to prevent this and block that person ? I can't believe that the only way is to ask them to remove the info ??

  1. As long as you are the only manager you should be able to remove the profiles you added. If you have multiple accounts you can mail subscriptions@geni.com for help.

  2. probably the easiest way would be for family members that do not want information online is to claim their profiles. That way only they can manage those profiles and they can remove any info they do not want to be visible online.
