does anyone know how to talk to via phone or message Geni?

ok, so Geni charged me for a Pro account,yet i dont have a Pro account, dont want one, they charged me the last day of my trial.  i asked for a refund through my bank, only to be credited 119.00, then they took it out again, two weeks later. ive called 314-732-1466, number my bank gave me, sat on hold 4 hours, saying im next in line, i left messages, no response, i emailed, NOTHING. I REALLY NEED MY MONEY BACK GENI, HORRIBLE TO RUN A BUSINESS WITH SUCH POOR COMMUNICATION LINES.THX
