My entire tree (members) have been inactive for YEARS. I reported inactive managers but nothing happened. What is supposed to happen when reporting these profiles as inactive managers?

Job Waterreus If possible an active user from the family group of the inactive manager is added as a manager to the private profiles the inactive manager manages.
Sometimes no manager can be found. In that case you will have to wait till a new user in the family group appears. If that happens you can try reporting the inactive user(s) again. But even then you will be dependent on their setting for accepting management in https://www.geni.com/account_settings/managed_profiles
