I have completed my family tree for direct ancestors down to cousins and all their children.
I now wish to open access to interested parties within my family. If I invite them to our tree what editing abilities are they going to have. If for example I invite a cousin with same surname as mine, does that mean he/she can add their mother’s family to our tree? Or start editing what I have already done?
I would prefer future new marriages, deaths, newborns and additions etc be added/altered but no other families starting to be added which would complicate our tree and make it hard to follow.
Can someone give me some guidance as to my options here please. Much obliged for any replies.
