I have Geni pro. How can I download my entire family as a GERCOM file? As it is now, I can't download them all. There is a problem when I have to import to MyHeritage, because then not everything is included

  Please post in the correct discussion.

  There is a limit on the number of profiles you can download, depending on Pro or Basic user and for Basic it will also depend on the number of profiles you added to Geni.

  You can export a GEDCOM from any profile you added, so you can do multiple downloads and combine those.
