It might help if you give a link to the profiles

Mathew Englander Beverley, it's probably because there are two Geni profiles in your name, apparently both with user accounts:
https://www.geni.com/people/Beverley-Bodle-Carswell/6000000022501224690
https://www.geni.com/people/Beverley-Ann-Bodle-Carswell/6000000110827881918
In one profile (ending in 22501224690) there's a space in your last name between the hyphen and "Carswell". In the other (ending in 110827881918) the last name is "Bodle-Carswell" without a space.
Try logging into the 22501224690 profile (with the space in the last name) and then go to the following profile:
https://www.geni.com/people/Margaret-Tremenent/6000000006444585690
It should show you Margaret Tremenent's ancestral relationship to you. Another profile to try is:
https://www.geni.com/people/Maud-d-Evreux-of-Salisbury/6000000008630752198
I believe she should be your 23rd great-grandmother or something like that.
But as far as Geni is concerned these people are ancestors of "Beverley Ann Bodle- Carswell" (profile 6000000022501224690), not of "Beverley Ann Bodle-Carswell" (profile 6000000110827881918); the latter profile is not connected to any other relatives on Geni.

Job Waterreus If you have 2 accounts you can ask Geni to merge them, see https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229706267-How-do-I-contact-Geni-about-my-subscription-
