Transfer of ownership

My brother wants to transfer ownership of account/profile to me. Please advise procedure to do this.

  If you're talking about a single profile, you can request management or he can add you as a manager via the actions tab.  As for transferring all his managed profiles, I'm not sure of an easy way.  He could close his account and assign all the profiles to you.  Then you could probably re-invite him - not sure what that would do to his Pro account though.

  Since he has a Pro account, he could submit a help ticket to Geni and they could probably do it.

  About 3-4 years ago I asked my Geni Curator Mona Magno-Veluz if I could transfer my tree to my cousin in the event I am not able to manage our tree due to my failing health or death.  My cousin and I are collaborators on the same Gaddang Tribe Ancestral Tree.  Curator Mona told me she will look into it.  I still haven't received an answer.

  My dad was managing our family tree for a long time, but he passed away in September 2020 before he could transfer ownership to me. How do I request and get ownership of the family tree with full update privileges please? The tree is well out of date and some of the existing entries are incorrect.
